Print Collection
For the Print Collection and Print Shop, all printing and shipping is handled by Darkroom. Artwork will be shipped worldwide from their studios depending on your location.
Global shipping for all prints, canvas, metal and framed artworks to almost every country in the world. Should your address not be accepted at checkout, please contact christaylorcreates@gmail.com and we will try to find a solution.
Orders are dispatched from Darkroom promptly after printing. All domestic orders are insured and trackable. International orders are insured and optionally trackable.
Material print times (business days)
Professional Paper: 1-2 days
Fine Art Paper: 2-3 days
Framed: 5-7 days
Canvas: 2-3 days
Metal: 3-4 days
Unfortunately, there are no returns as all artworks are custom made. An email containing tracking information will be sent once the order ships. Other destinations may vary - please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You will receive a tracking number via email upon dispatch. All shipments are made using the most efficient and cost effective shipping route.
damaged or lost artwork via print collection/shop
In the unlikely event of receiving a damaged artwork, please contact Darkroom within 48 hours with pictures of the damage. Once confirmed, Darkroom will endeavour to replace the edition, free of cost. If Darkroom is unable to help, please contact christaylorcreates@gmail.com and we will try to find a solution.

Digital Products
Unfortunately, due to the nature of digital products, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable. However, if you have any problems, issues, or questions about your digital product purchase, please reach out to christaylorcreates@gmail.com and we will try to find a solution that works for everyone!
Physical Products
Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their item pushed back in the production line. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.
All sales are final. However, if the item received has a malfunction, damage, or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection.

International Customers in other countries may have to pay a Customs clearance fee as required by your port of delivery.
